Winter Adventures 2 - 3 hours Snowmobile Safaris
These safaris are excellent also for beginners and families but of course also more experienced one is more than welcome. We can easily combine for example reindeer sleigh ride or visit to huskyfarm in these programs. During the journey beautiful sceneries will be seen and during the trip stop will be made by the fire
Experience the breathtaking sceneries of Ruka Fell. The route will take you to the most beautiful natural sights at Ruka. We will take a break at a wilderness hut and enjoy the silence of the great outdoors. A picnic lunch will be served at the campsite.

When the night comes and the stars begins to shine, we'll start the engines and drive to the dark night. Excitement rises, but our reliable guide takes you safely to the destination, our shelter. The nature around you is dark and you can hear only the sounds of the forest. You are not far away, but it really feels like it! If we have good luck we can even see the Northern lights.

Here is an excellent opportunity to have a go at two different and equally exotic means of transport! You'll drive a snowmobile through a snowy landscape and finally reach a real husky farm. After a short training course you will drive a team of huskies, under the supervision of a trained guide. A cup of campfire coffee and a pastry is served afterwards.

The safari begins with a snowmobile adventure to a reindeer farm, where you will learn some of the tricks of the reindeer herders. Take a turn in a sledge pulled by a reindeer, practise throwing the lasso, and take part in a traditional ceremony. After a cup of campfire coffee we will head home by the snowmobiles.

Surprise your guests and take them to the karting rink by snowmobiles! Everybody gets a cup of coffee on a safari break, but you are invited to have a karting race as well. The safari will be tailored according to your group's wishes, and there are two alternatives for the karting race.

Snowmobilesafaris start at the safari office of Ruka Adventures. Getting equipped and guide will give driving instructioins and safety regulations before the start of the safari.

You must wear warm and cosy outfit under the overalls.
Price includes:
Minimum 4 persons if not otherwise mentioned.
You must have minimum T-drivinglisence. The same rules apply concerning the alcohol as in driving. Small children will sit afront of the driver and bigger will sit behind the driver.
