Equipments
Equipments (click the picture), which you'll get from Renthouse Ruka, includes overall, mask, marker, air system, paintballs. The price includes also the playing field and guidance.

The paintball terrain
Playing field is located close to Ruka area. The field area is in the middle of the forrest and full of good hiding places. Near the field there are a two shelters where you can take a rest.

Games
In it's simplest form, paintball brings together two opposing teams competing at a game of capture the flag (or the last man standing). Each player wears a protective mask and is issued with the marker (gun) that fires water soluble paint pellets. Players are divided into two teams and the object is to infiltrate the 'enemy' territory, capture their flag and bring it back to base. Games last for excample 2 x 20 minutes.

All games are professionally refereed to insure player safety and fair play. People from all walks of life play paintball because size and muscular statue are not a decisive factor. Teamwork combined with common sense are the most important winning factors.
