1. How to confirm your reservation 

A written confirmation of our offer is required by the due date mentioned in our offer. Please send your confirmation by fax or email to Renthouse Ruka sales office.

If we haven't received a confirmation by the due date, our offer will expire.
Upon receiving a confirmation, we will send you a 30% booking invoice.

Please include the following in your confirmation:
* special diets required
* your timetable as far as our tours are concerned
* number of people attending
* any special requirements or wishes

2. Final attendance count and invoicing

Changes in the confirmed reservation can be made at the latest 7 days before the start of the tour. You will be billed according to the number of participants given by that date.

3. Cancelling your tour

In the event of cancelling a confirmed tour you are subject to a fee of 50% of the booking, if cancellation has been made at least 7 days before the start of the tour.
