The place is located on the border of Oulanka national park, 15km from Ruka, on the shore of the lake, and is surrounded by nature. After arriving, the program starts with crowberry and birch sap juice as a welcoming drink, and straight after guests are involved in dinner preparation. Together with farmers you will collect herbs from the garden, check fishing traps for a catch, and bake potatoes in the open fire. At the same time, you will get to see the farm itself and animals \u2013 dogs, pheasants, goats, chickens, and others.<\/p>\n<p>Now it&#8217;s time for dinner, which is served by the open fire in laavu (traditional, ethnic lean-to). Meals are made from local and natural ingredients, based on traditional old-time recipes.<\/p>\n<p>The menu includes<br \/><strong>Starter<\/strong>\u00a0forest mushroom soup <br
