On this guided hike we walk a small tour along the most beautiful day trail in Oulanka National Park called Pieni Karhunkierros. The tour starts by car transfer to Juuma. 5km hike from Juuma to Jyrävä includes walking on hanging bridges, trails, board walks and stairs. During the walk we get to see the beautiful rapids of Myllykoski and Aallokkokoski. By the biggest rapid Jyrävä we enjoy picnic snacks, after which we return to the starting point.

Depending on season, there can be plenty of blueberries, cloudberries, lingonberries, cranberries and others. You will get a chance to enjoy self-picked tasty vitamins, learn more about Lappish nature and the ways how Finns are using berries and mushrooms. Snacks and drinks will be offered in a wild hut during the program.

Kuusamo region with its thousands of lakes is a fisher’s dream come true. Guide shows the secrets to luring the fish, and maybe exactly you will get the biggest catch! After the fishing the catch of the day is smoked and served to the group.

Exiting and relaxing activity, which will happen in a river. You will get all the necessary equipment for the activity and go to river with guide and just float on your back along the river. Really relaxing activity and something you can think about later. You have to be at least 140 cm to participate in floating.

We will arrive to the farm by bus, where reindeer herder will meet us. Together with him we will feed the reindeer and enjoy the company of the newborn baby reindeer! In the Kota, from where nice scenery is enjoyed, stories about reindeer and farmers life will be told, meanwhile grilled sausages, coffee and buns will be served.
